Preliminary measures for an underground tunnel driving below the Karl-Friedrich-Straße in the city center of Karlsruhe, as partial project of the combined solution Karlsruhe: ground improvement of the in-situ soil with low pressure grouting (cement and soft gel) to stabilise and reduce permeability as preparation for compressed-air jacking

- Assisting the construction supervision of Smoltczyk & Partner on site within the scope of grouting measures
- Checking and evaluating concepts for grouting
- Monitoring of grouting works on site on behalf of the client
- Independent evaluation of data gained during grouting on behalf of the client by using an evaluation concept developed by BAUGRUND DRESDEN
- Inspection and supervision of quality assurance measures
- Evaluation of quality assurance measures on behalf of the client
- Taking part in meetings regarding the construction progress and planning
- Assessment of the supervision of surveying during the ongoing grouting works
